Lawn Project Quote Process
1. SCHEDULE PHONE CONSULATION
Once we received your contact information above, we will Phone, Text and/or email you to set up an initial site visit.
2. INITIAL SITE VISIT (if needed)
We will text or call you 30 min - 1 hour prior to showing up at your home/business site.
We'll take a look at your site, lawn, take measurements, pics, etc.
3. DISCUSS LAWN PROJECT
We'll discuss your lawn project, goals & what you want accomplished with your lawn project during your site visit, via phone, text & emails.
4. QUOTE
Once we gather all the information, we'll email you a quote & answer any questions you may have.
5. APPROVAL / DEPOSIT
Once you Approve your Quote via online. We'll send you an invoice for the deposit required for you to pay with a secure link prior to your lawn project.
6. ACTION / COMPLETION PHASE
We'll schedule your lawn project & proceed with the action to complete it on the date agreed unless inclement weather arise & we will re-schedule.
7. FINAL WALK THRU & FINAL PAYMENT DUE
We'll walk thru the site with you to make sure everything is up to your satisfaction.
At this time, the remaining balance is due. You can use one of our payments options.
8. FOLLOW UP
We will Follow Up & assist with you on an ongoing long-term plan to improve your lawn's overall lawn health and appearance.
