Lawn Project Quote Process
1. SCHEDULE PHONE CONSULATION
Once we received your contact information above, we will Phone, Text and/or email you to set up an initial site visit.
2. INITIAL SITE VISIT (if needed)
We'll take a look at your site, lawn, take measurements, pics, assess the area, etc.
3. DISCUSS LAWN PROJECT
We'll discuss your lawn project, goals & what you want accomplished with your lawn project during your site visit, via phone, text & emails.
4. QUOTE
Once we gather all the information & answer any questions you may have, we'll email you your personal quote.
5. APPROVAL / DEPOSIT
Once you Approve your Quote via online and store your card on file with us, we'll charge your card for the 50% deposit required in order to proceed with your lawn project.
We'll send you a receipt for your deposit paid.
6. ACTION / COMPLETION PHASE
We'll schedule your lawn project & proceed with the action to complete it on the date agreed unless inclement weather arise & we will re-schedule.
For Core Aeration Service, we'll contact 811 3-5 days ahead of your lawn project date to mark your entire lawn. This helps us from running over your internet lines.
7. FINAL WALK THRU & FINAL PAYMENT DUE
We'll walk thru the site with you to make sure everything is up to your satisfaction.
At this time, the remaining balance is due & we will bill your card on file & email you a receipt.
8. FOLLOW UP
We will Follow Up & assist with you on an ongoing long-term plan to improve your lawn's overall lawn health and appearance.
