Our goal is to make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable.  We have standardized prices used for lawn mowing, based upon square footage. There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price, but these are the general guidelines we use. 

Prices above are per mowing service on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule and/or a one-time mow. 

For Charleston SC, we based our weekly mowings with weather included covering you from March to late October.

LONG GRASS and EDGING POLICY 

In cases where your grass is overgrown (greater than 8 inches) and/or requires edging for the first time in a while, we charge an additional fee.  This compensates for the additional time it takes to complete the job. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge up to 2x the original price in cases of overgrown grass, defining your lawn edging, although the charge is often much less.

In cases where the grass is extremely overgrown (taller than 8 inches), we will get you a custom quote for the completion of the job, as in these cases it often takes much more time and/or specialty equipment.

This policy ensure that our crew is fairly compensated for the time spent on each job.

FRONT, SIDES & BACKYARD WORK CONDITIONS POLICY:

Lawn Area must be clean and clear (i.e. free of animal waste, toys, decorations, lawn ornaments, tree branches, fence gate unlock, etc. that will hinder our mower) prior to arrival to start the job.

• Failure to have an area clean and clear will result in delay in your mowing service and cleanup fees of a minimum of $25.00

• Additional obstacles, etc. will incur additional cost.  

• Mowing Prices may change anytime depending on size of lot, obstacles, etc.
