24 Hour Advance Notice Required to Cancel Service.

We understand life happens.  

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling your scheduled appointment with us. 

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25 on your Credit Card on file. 

If for any reason, there is a major weather storm on the day of your service, we will not charge the cancellation fee.  We will rebook you in accordance with our schedule. 

No Access Fee:  There is a $25 fee for No access to your property if your privacy gate is locked.
